Delivery

Delivery time is 10 working days. If you need your order in a certain time scale then please email me   at rachel_pettitt@yahoo.co.uk and I'll do what I can to hurry the order through for you.

There is a flat rate delivery charge of £2.50 per order. Orders over the value of £30.00 qualify for free delivery.

All orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. 

Product Information

Due to each item being handmade all sizes are approximate. Colours and fabrics may vary slightly from the website images.

All items sold are for decorative use only, they are not intended as toys.

Please do not use any copy or images from my website without contacting me first.

Refunds

Please double check all text details are correct before placing your personalised order. Personalised items are only refundable if damaged or a mistake has been made on my part.        

I hope that you will be more than happy with your purchase from Rachel Pettiitt Handmade Designs but if you wish to return your order please contact me immediately to arrange this.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging to obtain a full refund/replacement on the item.

Delivery charge is non refundable

Please get proof of postage when returning your order.
